Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback, I'm really sorry to hear that when collecting your order it was so negative. That is certainly not what we would expect to see in any of our stores and I have already taken steps to follow this up.
If you would prefer to order for home delivery, all standard deliveries are free of charge so this is another option for you too. Emily

perfume shop have always been excellent on delivery times.i have never been disappointed and they even send samples with the item .I would recommend the best place to get your fragances.
