Thank you for your feedback, I'm really sorry to hear that when collecting your order it took so long. One of the great things about Click and Collect is that its so easy for both our customers and stores so I have already followed this up.
I can tell you that we don't issue receipts when you collect an order, as you have your confirmation email as your proof of purchase. Emily
