It was very itchy and puffy. I'm thin and tall and it made me look chunky. Shoulders and sleeves puffed out like marshmallows

Thank you for your feedback on your recently purchased garment from us, and we are sorry to hear that this did not live up to your expectations. Generally all our garments are considered soft, but sometimes people with very sensitive skin may find that Lambswool can be slightly irritating and can be uncomfortable to wear against bare skin. As the feel and the fit does not sound suitable for you, you are more than welcome to return the item under our "no quibbles" guarantee and we will be happy to process either a refund or exchange for you!

I returned a cardigan in early July and I have still not received the credit for my return. The package arrived torn and the cardigan had mildew stains on it.

Thank you for your feedback, we use a third party service for returns from the USA so it can take a little longer to occasion.  I will chase this through our Customer Service team to action the refund.  I am very sorry for the delay.
