I waited 1 week from the date of order for my purchase to arrive this is not acceptable! I emailed to complain and received a generic response, I will not be purchasing from you again.

Our normal delivery is 3-5 working days however as you can understand we are entering the busiest time of year for couriers and the networks are already feeling the effects of this.
