Hello Mustapha, thanks for leaving a feedback , your order has been dispatched yesterday by Royalmail , tracking number is 3205588400003F88E240D. we have informed you on number of occasions that keeler product will be delivered within 3-4 weeks or earlier . Keeler , Welch Allyn , Heine devices & accessories facing component issues due to Brext . Apologies for delay and any inconvenience caused by this.

Thank you. Order placed on 25th August 2022. Received today 25th September 2022. I ordered through you because you are UK based and item not marked as not in stock or recalled. A simple email explaining delay or even confirming the order was the least I expected.

Delivery and dispatch times really need to be worked on in this day and age a 5-7 working day dispacth time is no good to any buiness at all espacially as its not free delivery it was a cost to us
