Hi Bronwyn, Thank you for your comments, I'm sorry to see you have left us only 2 stars. You are correct, unwanted wallpapers are returned at the customer's cost. We are very clear about this and it is a standard thing in most industries, including the wallpaper one. We do highly recommend that customers use our sample service as wallpapers can look different online depending upon the brightness and contrast settings that people have on their smart phones/tablets etc. A sample of this wallpaper is only 99p.
