As mentioned on our website, our letterbox gift cake is designed as a small gift to be posted directly through a standard letterbox therefore the height of the cake is 1 inch and 5 inches across. The design on the cake was a photo upload when placing your order. Our design team do there very best to make these images clear however it is not always possible dependent on the image uploaded. We are sorry that you found ordering your cake with bakerdays to be a mistake.
