Thank you for your feedback. We have to charge VAT on Postage and Packing as this is a service. However, as you placed your order online, you could have ticked a box for VAT exemption. We supplied a VAT declaration form with your machine which, if completed and returned to us, will enable us to refund the £0.99 VAT that you have paid. Your invoice shows the machine at full price and then a discount for the same amount. The 'Total Due' at the bottom of the invoice is only the £5.94 amount paid for Postage and Packing (+VAT). There was a lead missing from your order due to a packing error. The Easy Guide is now supplied electronically but is still available in hard format if people request it. Both items were sent to you on 6th June when you called our offices. Claire Levy claire@bodyclock.co.uk
