We have spoken on the telephone today and we are disappointed that you do not wish to discuss or share the reasons for your dissatisfaction and we have to respect your decision. At Finders Keepers we are always open to constructive criticism and focus on solutions, but until we can discover what has caused you to feel this way, we can't address your feedback effectively. Dear Ms Dunford and Dr Barkataki, It is disappointing to read that, after a good start letting your property successfully and well in advance, there were a few irritating areas of miscommunication around the time that your Property Manager changed. We are glad to hear that your new Property Manager has regained your confidence and we are confident this will continue. There is an immense amount of detail in property letting and management and it's just not humanly possible for one person to handle every aspect. Letting out your own home and relocating your family can be stressful and we aim to do our best to lessen this, but we apologise for falling short on a few points and look forward to exceeding your expectations for the future.
