Firstly , we are sorry that our wine gift as a gesture of thanks for your time using Finders Keepers to let your property, was sent to the wrong property. As you know we checked your address details in advance and it now transpires that the address change was made but not saved correctly. We apologise for the upset that this may have caused. On our reference procedures, your file has now been archived at a file storage centre, however, we can see from our database, that acceptable references were received for your tenant who worked for a well regarded local IT company and that the rent was paid on time throughout the tenancy. After the reference report has been received back from the referencing agency the agreement is drafted and signed off by the Office Manager who checks the draft agreement and the reference report.
