Good when concluding tenancy arrangements but hopeless with support once keys released. Messages left and not answered. Services to property cut off without notification causing major inconvenience.

Feedback is very valuable to us and I have been unable to reach you by telephone, but hopefully we can speak soon as we would like to talk to you to see how we could have made your experience after moving in better. Unfortunately telecommunication companies will not deal with a third party agent, for connections, which is detailed in our literature, but if this was not clear then we need to find out why.
