We patiently broke down in explicit detail based on your order receipt what you paid for the bed, and how the extended guarantee had not been paid for.
We are disappointed that you have left a bad review, given that a few hours ago we gave you the £80 extended guarantee for your bed free of charge to keep you happy as we could not reason with you.
