Very sorry you feel inconvenienced - Please allow us to address your concerns:
1) Your grand total paid was £47.98 for two walking sticks, which works out at 23.99 a stick, which is the advertised VAT-Exempt price on our website. You applied the vat exemption correctly at checkout so unsure what you mean by the VAT exemption is a con? This is UK Law for disabled people - see HMRC Notice 701/7.
2) Product arrived from amazon because we use them for warehousing and distribution. We did not buy the product from amazon and send it to you, we physically store items on their shelves, and they send it out on our behalf. This is known as their 'Fulfilment by amazon' (FBA) service.
3) As it seems amazon was a little slow in despatching your order, I have refunded you £5.98 (£2.99 per stick) postage credit as way of an apology.
