Your item was despatched with Royal Mail Tracked 24hr after the weekend, but looking at the delay on the tracking, we can only assume it was the snow that delayed your item's arrival at your requested safe place until today (Tracked as delivered on Thursday 1st March).

Ordered some crutches and they were delivered within 2 days. Crutches are awesome and much more comfortable than the NHS issued ones. Would definitely recommend this company.

The customer received a free replacement with FedEx Next-Day delivery the day after the complaint was raised that the item had not arrived (lost in the post). If you suspect a package may have gone astray, please notify us as soon as possible so we can take action for you - if an item has gone missing in the post, we will not know about it until you tell us!
