It is very good, very comfortable and easy to use . but not as quiet as my old one. Deliver was **** my disabled son had to help driver not good.

We are glad you are happy with the apex rapid - it is fast becoming our most popular scooter! We apologise about the delivery - normally our standard courier will send two people to help drop off large items such as scooters. We will investigate why this did not happen in this case to ensure it does not happen in the future. Kind regards,
