We regret that your order was delayed, at the time of ordering this was taking 4 weeks for delivery as shown on the website as we were waiting for new stock to arrive. Unfortunately due to delays at the port this got pushed out another few weeks. We have initiated the full refund to you and apologise for the inconvenience, we are working on stocking more scooters in our own warehouse to speed up delivery times. If you ever have concerns on stock or delivery, please ring us before ordering and we can tell you what we have stock of, and when we're due new shipments in.
