Good day. We tried to reassure you that a flashing green light on your charger means that the batteries are at 95% and the charger is 'trickling' the last few percent of charge into the batteries, it is normal for the float/trickle light to stay on for many hours and does not mean the batteries are not charging properly. We have sold thousands of scooters and this is something we see everyday. You chose not to accept our advice, and initiated your right to return it, which is of course fine, however when we received it back, there were multiple damage points to the item, the battery box had been dropped and was smashed, the head unit has been broken, and the footplate had deep scratches in. We charged you £50 collection charge, £46.28 battery box, £37.94 restocking fee, which is a total of £134.22 We make no money on the collection charge, the battery box was at trade price and didn't even include labour, and the restocking fee was quite frankly tiny, considering all the other damage that was on the scooter, which means it will have to be sold as b-grade stock several hundred pounds cheaper. With respect, we have to stick by our principles and our very easily viewable return policies, and this includes taking a bad review occasionally when it's obvious that the customer has damaged the product and yet still expects us to pay the price. Returns are always completely free when the item is genuinely faulty or reported damaged on delivery, but when this is not the case, as an online retailer operating on very small profit margins, we have to at least try to cover some of the costs we get hit with when customers return things damaged or unwanted.

We had the chair delivered 10/03/22 and have only used it for a fortnight because of grinding noise. Still awaiting engineer.

Hi Victor. You only ordered this bed two weeks ago, which has a lead time as specified on the website as 8-10 weeks. As shown on the product's page, we will be calling you with an appointment once your bed is ready. With a 2 month lead time, as you can appreciate after only 2 weeks, there are no updates to share with you.
