The chair you purchased is a standard riser-recliner chair on special deal. We do apologize if we came across as unhelpful. The sales agent did not want to over-promise that it would cure your backache and have you be disappointed if you purchased. It would have been dishonest of us to say it would cure it, but also couldn't say that it wouldn't help either. Comfort when it comes to the disability market is subjective, and what one person finds very comfortable, others might find awful.
I note from the separate review you gave of the chair itself that you found it very comfortable, so we're pleased to hear that. The chair was left outside because you ordered it with kerbside delivery, at present this is how we are able to deliver large items like yours on a next-day basis and is as-described. Engineer set-up was available as an option if you needed help setting up.
Regarding instructions, there's a chance these might have slipped out the bottom of the box in transit, if you need one, please simply let us know, and we can post out to you.
