I think the service I have received is appalling. I was told 2 weeks delivery and now told another 2 weeks with no guarantee. Advised to cancel order.

We're sorry about the delay. We are waiting on new stock from roma. At the time of ordering this was 2 weeks due to your requirement for the new model that has a 4-pole motor, however we are still trying to get a new date. I believe Norah has been in close communication with you regarding an alternative scooter we have in stock now, or a full refund.
