Hi Barbara. When you ordered the scooter, it was advertised as being on a 2-3 week delivery. The scooter you ordered is a greenpower scooter, which is delivered and set up by their engineers. Unlike any of our other scooter brands, they handle the delivery. If you are unhappy with the date they have set for you, please get in touch with us, as we can switch you to another scooter with much faster delivery, or offer a full refund.
