Hi David. At the time you called we were experiencing very large call volumes during the middle of training new sales staff to cope with an increase in business. When you called in, there is an option to leave a voicemail, which then automatically generates a ticket on our system which we listen to and call you back from. Looking at our call logs, I can see you did ring several times but never left a voicemail. You did send a single message in on the 17th, from which Norah rang you back from and answered a few of your questions and assured you of the fact your chair was being made in Pride's British factory. The feedback email is automatic and sent from Feefo which we have no control over (As it's independently collected for authenticity). Things are calmer our end now, but if you ever can't get through to us, just leave a voicemail or email, it all goes into a central ticket system which is looked through every day. All the best.
