We do not feel that this reflects our experience with you.
We are very sorry that your order arrived incorrect/damaged, and we expressed this at the beginning of our email thread. We did NOT deny replacements of any kind to damaged items, and were happy to send these out, However, the table plan could not be replaced as this was a spelling mistake on your part. You have clicked and agreed to our terms before checkout, that nothing can be changed once purchased. We repeated this multiple times to you. However, this was ignored. even though we attached screenshots from our website to outline this.
After this, you suddenly brought up how the table plan was also damaged, which we weren't made aware of initially. We said we would replace this but we cannot make any changes (we can only print the file that you have designed).
You then told us to use our 'common sense', which you stated in your review. However, you did not mention that you stated this multiple times. Your emails were very hostile and far from polite and kind, as you have mentioned. This is why we refused replacements, and issued a full refund of the order instead. We also asked you to not contact us again, as we do not feel comfortable with how you were talking in your emails. Any business has the right to refuse a customer service. We felt it was appropriate in this situation.
We will always accommodate our customers and strive to provide the best service. We replace what we can, as per our terms and conditions, as quick as we can. All we ask is for a bit of patience and understanding in return.
You asked for a phone number, to which I stated we do not have one. This is because most of our team are profoundly deaf. I don't feel the need to explain this, and I find it disheartening that we have to disclaim this in 2024.
As per your review, there were a few items that you were happy with. I hope that you are able to use these well on your wedding day, and even better that they were free of charge!
