Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order as yet. Please note that the emails from Feefo review platform are automated and we are sorry to hear that you received this email before receiving your order. We checked on the system and it appears your order was sent on 18th of December via Royal Mail first class service. This service takes around 2-3 days but sometimes, sooner. However during the holiday seasons for some area we have been told that there are some long delays. For that we are again very sorry. One of our team members will contact you again to check if you have received your order as yet or not and if not we shall send it to you again next day special service.
