As you may know, we are a small family run business and we price our items as competitively as we can. However, our prices reflect the quality of the design and craftmanship, together with the all-round service that you receive. I am really sorry to hear that one of your Gold Ginkgo Leaf Side Tables arrived damaged. We ask that customers get in contact with us via email within 48hrs with any items that have been damaged in transit. However, even if you are slightly outside of this timeframe, please do contact us directly on email, to see if there is anything we can do to help. However, unfortunately on this occasion, as we are now well outside this timeframe, we are unable to raise a claim with our courier to investigate the issue. Therefore, I am incredibly sorry, but I’m afraid we cannot provide any further help on this occasion. In the rare event that you ever had another issue with any future orders, please let us now as soon as you can by email, so that we can try our best to help and fully investigate the issue for you.
