Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We are pleased to know that you had an excellent stay overall and that Alex took good care of you! We think he's pretty terrific too. We do apologize for falling short of taking care of the sanding much sooner. We do have a regular daily sanding schedule, but due to everchanging conditions, it has been a challenge for us to keep up this winter. We'll be sure to bring your concerns to the attention of our operations and facility team for further discussion on improvements in that area for the future.
