We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our carriage prices. It is important to us that we keep our carriage prices as low as we can for our customers. In doing this, we currently do not make any profit from our carrier services.
In regards to your order delivery time, your order was placed after our stated cut-off on Friday, which meant that it was processed and dispatched on Monday. It then arrived on Tuesday, which means you received next working day service rather than the 2-3 working day service you had selected at checkout. If our warehouse hadn’t happened to be able to upgrade the service, you could have received the delivery on the Thursday due to the method you selected.
To help customers understand delivery estimations, we do have it stated on our website that we do not send out orders on weekends and that the cut-off for all orders on Fridays is 1:30pm. We also clarify in the delivery methods themselves that they refer to working days, i.e. not including weekends. For more guidance, please visit the link below -
