Everything else about the company I couldn’t fault, very efficient, very friendly, was accommodating to my husband who was working late so easily and happily arranged a 2nd viewing for him. but I have a number of people I know who are estate agents and their fees are not even on your scale which is a shame. Renting i feel is a younger generations only option to some people and I feel that as estate agents are fully aware of the property market they are making money on fees which is totally not needed. It’s dead money to us but great for yourselfs. I understand everyone has to make a living but compared to other estate agents fees your are very high. Thanks, Natasha
