10 hours ago I left the scatching feedback you see below. This morning I get a call from you. I thought perhaps you were ringing to discuss my comments.
But no! You were trying to flog me contents insurance. Again. 4th time now. And this is after repeatedly declining it, and yet still being invoiced for it.
This kind of aggressive sales tactic is bordering on illegal, as I told the guy who called me. In other industries with proper regulation, companies have been crucified for employing these tactics. You cannot bully customers into taking something out which they do not want or need, especially if they have already - REPEATEDLY - declined it.
It's just one thing after another - I honestly cannot believe it. Seriously, you have got to look at your policy and change this.
If you want to offer these kinds of products (I have no problem with that) then you should be asking customers if they want it, and if they say no leave it. You should be giving people an OPTION in your documentation. Instead you try and force it on people - most of it is written into the agreements and declarations with no place to opt out. And you definitely shouldn't carry on trying to sell something to somebody which has repeatedly been declined.
