This section is usually about the service (not about the product) and I have checked and your order was received on 7/11 evening and delivered on 9/11 on our standard free delivery service.
I have responded on the product review but again I am sorry that one of the chest clips failed - I wish you had contacted us and we could have resolved for you as we do pride ourselves on our customer service. As mentioned there are two chest straps/clips so the chances of both failing would have been extremely unlikely. With regard to the 'returns policy' this is not the case where there is a problem with an item - we just ask that customers contact us.
Regarding the stiffness of the fabric and fit, the fabric quality is not something we have ever had such feedback on before and this is one of the most popular stable rugs in the range. Obviously if you were not happy with the fit when you tried on then of course we could have taken back for a full refund.
As mentioned on the product review you left, if you would like us to send replacement clips, or the more robust turnout trigger clips, then please let us know and we can sort this for you. Please advise if there was an issue with any of the other fittings.
