This message regarding the safety module was responded to the same day. I can see that this was the only request for support we received during the two years you studied with us. On reviewing this message I have checked your recent exam papers which were both passed to a very high standard, only one question on the chartwork paper that was slightly out, otherwise an excellent paper. Your general Assessment we asked for clarification on four questions that you supplied to make the paper an excellent pass. Overall you seem to have gained a very good level of understanding of the topics and shown a high level of accuracy. Well done. I therefore struggle to understand your 2 star review and comments, we have 1,000's of students in 87 countries and have no reported issues with images or problems with our student support response times.
