Easy to work with, efficient ordering but was disappointed that items were out of stock and was not notified prior to purchase/shipping. Delayed by ~6weeks when we needed items sooner.

Customer service guy, Ben was very helpful in facilitating my first purchase. Four stars vs five because trying to make a payment was very confusing! The website is not informative about this process.

Thank you for your order! We received your order on Thursday afternoon (5/19/21), and it did not ship until Friday (5/20/21). Our carriers do not deliver on the weekends, which is why your package was delivered on Monday. Transit to your office is roughly 1-2 business days, thank you for keeping this in mind for future orders.
