An item was damaged and it took a lot of steps to get a replacement. Took 3 different emails and taking various pictures to prove it was damaged and needed replacing. The item was only $13

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear that your item was damaged in transit. Whenever a product is damaged in transit, we like to file this information with the carrier. All carriers ask for pictures in order to examine the situation so they can improve their services. We're worry this was an inconvenience; however, it will hopefully prevent a similar situation from happening in the future.
