It may be helpful to explain that we monitor all customer feedback for and actively put aside any feedback where any further investigation is required. In particular, I have noted that you advised us that an incident had happened during your holiday so we needed to review this with the property owner to ensure the safety of future guests.
Please note that we do not normally remove any customer feedback as we pride ourselves on communicating honestly with our customers and building trust.
