The chair was more diffcuilt to take apart and put in the bag I will need some one able body with me at all times when I use the chair apart from that it was comfortable to sit in when being used

Delivery guys insisted delivery only ??? I insisted my deal included assembly, they eventually,grudgingly assembled the chair, minimal instructions & drove off To top it all the chair wasn’t anywhere

I found the chair unsuitable for my needs but the customer service lady Stephanie was very helpful and arranged for the chair to be collected and I received a full refund. 5 star review for Stephanie.
