Dear customer, we are very sorry you feel your experience with us was a disaster. We have been in communication with you outside of the Feefo platform and have explained that sadly your baby blanket has got caught up in delays due to industrial action with Royal Mail, this is something sadly out of our control.
The tracking shows it is in transit to you. International deliveries do take longer and the tracking does go quiet while the parcel is going overseas, the tracking will become live again once it is scanned when it has arrived in the destination country.
There have been no hidden charges, unfortunately, there was an error when your order was placed and you were accidentally charged UK VAT, this will be refunded back to you as discussed along with the other refunds we have discussed privately.
