I checked their website to ensure they have free returns if I was not happy with my purchase. They clearly stated on their website, on their "Delivery-Return" page, that they offer Hassle Free Returns

The wording 'Hassle Free Returns' really does mean that 'we will deal with returns swiftly and without hassle, if we did not make this clear on the telephone and email we are sorry for any further confusion. As we explained on the telephone and email we do not offer 'free returns' as that would lead to product price increases across all products. This is the first time this has been misunderstood but I have put your comments forward to our I.T./Website Team in case they feel the wording needs to be improved upon.
