Only poor in the fact that I cancelled this insurance with Vincent Li on 27th May as we opted for another provider.

I'm sorry that we were unable to match the price you were offered elsewhere.  We try hard to be competitive, but sometimes we cannot match offers made by our competitors.  We do actively seek feedback whether the outcome is in our favour or not, so that we learn and, hopefully, improve.

Not much to say. The stuff arrived and was easy to read, as these things go. A follow-up phone call jogged my memory (unnecessary). I sent a cheque.
