We put value on the provision of having a dedicated account manager and Karen worked with you throughout your insurance renewal and is on hand to help with any assistance you may require in the future.
We value your custom as you have been with us for a number of years. In that time insurance rates have dropped with ourselves and our competitors. It is not unusual for insurance rates to fluctuate, as you will know from holding personal lines of insurance.
We are keen to maintain existing relationships with our customers and sometimes this means working with them to get to more appropriate premium over a two step process.
