Thank you very much for your feedback.  My sincere apologies if we have not met your requirements; our understanding of your message was that (a) there are no changes required to your policy for this years’ renewal, and (b) that you would like us to visit Morpeth before the end of the year - which we took to mean before December.  Clearly that is not what was meant and I apologise that we misunderstood. We have tried to contact you this afternoon and will call again next week to arrange an appointment.
