Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to locate any previous contact from you regarding this issue, therefore, we have not had the opportunity to assist you with resolving this matter.
Seam issues tend to arise from a range of factors such as improper wall surface preparation, inconsistent adhesive application, extreme environmental conditions or sometimes from over-vigorous pressure applied to the paper causing it to stretch slightly, subsequently retracting at the seams or too little paste applied near seams. Furthermore, If the room temperature is too high or there is a draught, the wallpaper will dry more quickly than the adhesive, therefore, the dry tension cannot be balanced and the seams can split open.
Any defect in the materials would become immediately apparent to us through our customer base, as many other customer orders would have been printed on the same roll of material and would have experienced the same problem.
