I am very sorry to hear you have encountered an installation issue.
Unfortunately, I was not able to locate any previous communication from you with regard to this, therefore, we have not been able to assist you with resolving the matter.
As far as we are able to ascertain, there are no known defects in the mural materials or paste that we supply. We have used the same wallpaper material you have for over 5 years and produce several hundred custom-made Premium murals each month, using this material. Any defect in the materials would become immediately apparent to us through our customer base. Additionally, the ‘paste the wall’ paste is one of the UK’s leading brands and again any issues would be known to us.
Normally, seam issues arise from a range of factors such as improper wall surface preparation, inconsistent adhesive application, extreme environmental conditions or sometimes from over-vigorous pressure applied to the paper causing it to stretch slightly, subsequently retracting at the seams, or too little paste applied near seams. Each 230g sachet of Solvite ‘Paste the Wall’ adhesive supplied with your mural should provide enough coverage for up to 24m2 (e.g. 8m wide x 3m high) or 270 ft2 (e.g. 27ft wide x 10ft high), which would have been enough for your mural size.
