Cancelled flight, then spent 6 hours and 29 phone calls to deal with problem. Not impressed with British airways seeing I paid extra thinking I would get better service.

I think the whole journey was ok, taking longer to take off and could have been better organised at the gate. Delayed coming back also, and could have been better communication if flight is delayed.
