The benefits that come with a scheduled flight, shorter queues at check-in/bag drop vs the competition (Easyjet) and never a bad (although not always great) hotel.

My car service from Heathrow Airport to my Hotel was horrible, waited over two hours for our ride that never came. We had to take a private taxi and paid an additional 95 pounds.
