A 3hr delay on our flight home. No comms from BA, no update on the app. Staff at the airport didn’t tell us anything. 2nd holiday with BA this year, and 2nd 3hr delay coming home.

On the flight to Mexico the crew were excellent. On the way back one of the crew members was rather rude. Also did not help my husband who is 6ft 3 and the leg room is shocking
