one day was cancelled and we've not been told why I've not back in the UK and we are still trying to get through to customer service for a refund for our flights and we still not heard anything yet

Atrocious service after flight coming back was cancelled. BA closed customer service lines and was left with an email address to contact them. It's been over a month. Not a single word.

Unable to download boarding passes on return trip which always annoys me. Wanted to upgrade seats on return but none available - however, two passengers seated behind us were invited to move forward.
