As I confirmed in that email, we will also look to make changes to improve your experience as we continually improve our website.
With regard to tracking, our courier would have sent you tracking information from which delivery could have been confirmed. As 99% of our orders are sent to the person that made the order, confirming delivery is a bit superfluous for the majority of our orders. You can always contact us, and we will confirm the delivery status for you.
As a regular customer of Booze Free, we appreciate your feedback but I am very disappointed that we stooped as low as a 3 star rating. We have been trading for over 2 years and this is our lowest ever review and our first 3 star rating.
