Unfortunately, due to the introduction of the Civil Liability Act 2018 that came into effect May 2021 we are unable to recover costs from the Defendant Insurers for dealing with your claim, therefore, deductions are applied to your compensation. You were compensated inline with the tariff system that was introduced as a part of the Civil Liability Act mentioned above.
