Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the compensation received. As explained to you throughout the claim, the Civil Liability Act 2018 came into effect on the 31st May 2021 introducing a tariff system for any whiplash injuries. We appreciate the compensation recovered is likely to be significantly less than you expected, however, the tariff system is fixed and applies to all incidents after the 31st May 2021.
