Thank you for your patience whilst we have carried out our internal investigations. We were very concerned to hear of the issues you experienced with several aspects of the property and the management team have attended the apartment to carry out a full review. In Cornwall we have had an exceptionally wet winter which has made it more difficult than usual to air our properties. That being said, there is no excuse for any of the issues you have highlighted and they should have been addressed prior to your arrival. A new fridge has been ordered and our housekeeping team have since attended the property to address the other issues.
