Thank you for your feedback and your comments have been noted. We are sorry you were inconvenienced by one of the fridge door shelves being broken but we are having difficulty sourcing a replacement. Rest assured we have not given up and we are still on the case! We appreciate your suggestion about a possible shower bracket to hold the shower head and will inspect the property to consider the practicalities, however we note the property does have a separate shower room.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to read that you did not like this apartment as much as the sea view penthouse that you usually book. In fairness the sea view penthouse is one of our largest apartments at Beachcombers and it is priced accordingly. It is particuarly popular so it's often best to book early if possible. We trust you still enjoyed your time in Cornwall and we very much hope to welcome you back again soon.
